Refund Policy

We, ELECTROHAAT, thanks you for reading our policies. We think every buyer must read the policies before buying any products, it creates strong bond and long-term relationship between buyers and sellers. Here also we want clarify that we are only online trader. We do not manufacturer or produces any of items listed in our website. We also want to inform you that our purpose is give you quality products at best rates. Once again, we thanks to you for choosing us. Carefully reading ahead…

1.  Placing Orders and Cancellation Policy 

    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. So, we request you to take your time to placed orders.
    • We also request you to choose products with checking magnifier or zooming and also with high full brightness. so, there can be less chance of color variation.
    • ORDER CAN BE CANCELLED FOR THE BELOW REASONS…
        1. If the order has any technical glitches.
        2. Any order placed during the website update which has led to changes in the price or its content.
        3. When the stock is unavailable or may take time to produce.
        4. Any other reason that the company may find relevant from time to time.
        5. The decision of the ELECTROHAAT is the final in this regard.

2.  Refunds and Returns Policy

  • We do not accept Returns/Exchanges/Refunds for following reasons…
    • Because we want to give our customers the feeling of Brand-New Product.
    • We do not want that our customers use Products that might be returned by someone else if we allow them to return.
  • We accept Returns only if the following reason found.
    • Damages incurred at the time of delivery.
    • If customers received the damaged products or parts.
  • In case of damages incurred at the time of delivery, you will have to send us a picture of the said damage, along with order number within 24 hours of delivery time to our email ID info@electrohaat.com.
  • If a damage has occurred (and is verified by our team) we will take it up on a case-to-case basis and inform you about next steps. Only after receiving a confirmation from our end about processing/repairing said damage, will the piece be accepted as a “return”.
  • A Return Pick-up of the shipment will be arranged (Only eligible within India) from our end if that service is available for the said pin code. If your pin code is not eligible/feasible for a return pick up, the shipment has to be couriered to us at your own shipping cost (Cost will be returned by us) or the product needs to be packed back well and send us by the same shipping & courier company on TO PAY basis. (TO PAY means charges will be paid by us while we received your courier.)
  • Once we receive the product and the damage is validated, you will be informed about next steps and we will send fresh product of same model and color to your delivery address.
  • If the damage is irreversible, we will offer you a free replacement of the same piece, if a similar piece is available or a similar can be arranged, the damaged piece will be replaced. If not, you can choose any of the other stock items of the same value.
  • Each product has been updated with multiple pictures and details. Please go through all of these before placing an order with us. Please feel free to contact us and ask us for additional info, more pictures if need be.  These concerns will not be considered as a valid reason for return/replacement/exchange after you receive the product.
  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
    1. Color issues. Please review colors carefully before making your purchase.
    2. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
    3. Minor color variation(s). All products are machine crafted and coloring in standard SOPs by the manufacturers even so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
    4. Service issues from the company side.
    5. We already inform you or once again informed you that we are not manufacturing any products, we are just online traders so if any service and warranty related issues customers will have to contact toll free number of respected company of products.

3. Shipping and Delivery Conditions

  • SHIPPING & DELIVERY DURATION
    1. Orders once placed will be usually processed within 1 – 2 business days (i.e. Monday – Saturday). In cases where the item is shown as ‘Out of stock’ or ‘Available on backorder’ items shall take longer time and will depend on case-to-case basis and the seller doesn’t provide a confirmed time duration for its delivery.
    2. We are continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however in case of act of God or any unforeseen circumstances, the time duration of delivery will be extended. The same will be communicated by the seller to the buyer.
    3. In normal circumstances shipping time will be 1 – 2 working days.
  • Shipment tracking
    • You will be notified when your order is dispatched from our warehouse with the Order id.
  • Payment Method

    • You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards, UPI, or Net banking using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are included in the price.
  • Shipping Cost

    • Each order is liable to the payment of shipping fees irrespective of the amount of purchase made by the purchaser. Shipping fees includes handling fees, postage fees, packing fees and transport fees. As all of the same varies based on the specifications of goods ordered, the shipping fees will vary. It is therefore advised that the purchaser may club and place one single order for multiple items to be purchased. All reasonable care is taken to transport the fragile items in a manner that no loss or damage is caused to the said items.
    • We offer free delivery to our customers. Cost of delivery will not be charged extra.

4. Delivery Policy

    1. We request to customers, enter proper delivery address with landmark and pin code for fast, accurate and timely delivery.
    2. We have no wish that you will get late delivery or delivered to other customers due to just mistakes of address.
    3. Our courier partners shall be able to deliver the shipment at your specified location only during working days i.e. between Monday through Saturday and in working hours i.e. between 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
    4. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes or any force majeure.
    5. Expected Delivery time will be 3 to 6 business working days.
    6. In case, delivery is not possible or beyond our control, we shall cancel your order and refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
    7. We request customer to not accept delivery of the courier bag or poly bag or courier box at the time of delivery if the seal is broken or tampered with.
    8. If at all recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try making 3 attempts to deliver the product. The courier company may not accommodate any customer requests to hold back the product for few days after making 3rd attempt. In case you are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to our warehouse from where the product has been dispatched.
    9. On occasions where the customer fails to collect the shipment, the said as mentioned above will be returned to the seller at the seller’s facility. The charges for the same shall be borne by the customer.
    10. The customer if-then wishes to get the delivery of returned goods, he/she will have to first make the payment of shipping fees which includes the return shipping charges and after the same is paid to the seller, the seller shall attempt to make the new shipping. In the event where once the goods are returned to the seller’s facility, the customer is unwilling to get the delivery of goods ordered by him/her, then in such case, the amount paid by him/her shall be refunded after deduction of return shipping charges.
